Should I withdraw the case?

Hi all, I started a case as I felt it was a scam but now the other party is asking me to withdraw the case and then they will return the money. Is it wise to do so?

Mobile phone invalid

Money sent but not received, recipient has no balance and gets "transaction does not exist" message

My account and baking shows that a payment through my credit card was successfully sent. However, my recipient has an account balance of $0 and got the message "transaction does not exist" when he tried to receive the money. What went went and how do...
